Alfred leads the Technology Practice group at The Strategic Executive Group (SES), a leading executive search firm. The SES Group is the premier, Asia-based retained executive search practice. Established over30 years ago, SES and its founding partners are pioneers in executive search in Asia. They support a broad range of investors, institutions, and enterprises globally, in order to attract and retain key business leaders, across a wide range of industries.
He was employee # 1 of WebEx, and designed the world's first document conferencing software with the Founder of WebEx in 1991.
Alfred graduated from Stanford University with a master's degree in Engineering Economic Systems, and served as President of the Stanford Shanghai Club, during which time he conducted numerous admission interviews for the university.
He also hold an Executive Master's in Business management (EMBA) with a strong focus on China from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
